Vacation Rental Description

Charming, two-story cabin surrounded by pine trees in a quiet 
neighborhood. Adjacent to a large wooded lot which provides privacy 
and a place for kids to play.  

Located in the peaceful South Shore enclave of "Tahoe Paradise", and 
just minutes away from all activities, tourist sites and 3 nearby 
ski resorts (Heavenly, Sierra and Kirkwood).  Only a 10-min walk to 
National Forest land for hiking, cross-country skiing, sledding..and 
much more!

This cozy cabin is beautifully decorated in classic mountain style, 
and has three full bedrooms to sleep 8 people.  Each bed is dressed 
with all new pillows, fleece blankets and comforters.  The 
downstairs master bedroom has a King bed, full bath, and french 
doors that open to a deck overlooking a large wooded lot.   The 
larger upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, a Queen Futon, and 
TV/VCR/DVD.  
The second upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and comfortable rocker.

There are two full bathrooms and all bath and beach towels are 
provided.  Washer and dryer are located in downstairs laundry room.

The Kitchen is fully furnished with newer appliances and all new 
dishes, pots and utensils.  

The Living Room has a couch, 30-inch TV, Cable TV service, 
Stereo/CD Player, Gas Fireplace and 2 large "Lazy Boy" recliners for 
your comfort.  

The front deck is complete with patio furniture (stored inside 
during the winter months) and a gas barbeque grill for your dining 
pleasure during the summer months.  

For families with small children, you will also find a portable crib 
(bring your own sheets), high chair, stroller and small toy bin 
stored in an upstairs closet.  

Snow removal service for the driveway and front entry-way is 
included in the rental price !

The driveway can accommodate 2 cars during the snow season...parking 
in the street is illegal and cars will be towed to make way for the 
snowplows.

Just ½ mile from the Lake Tahoe Golf Course, 2 miles from "Mr. 
Toad's Wild Ride" (one of Tahoe's most famous mountain bike trails), 
and 15 minutes to the world-famous Heavenly Valley Ski Resort,

NOTES: 

- No pets and no smoking please.

- One-time $75 mandatory cleaning fee.  

- A 10% Lake Tahoe "Lodging Tax" is added to the total amount of the 
rental. This Transit Occupancy Tax goes directly to El Dorado County
(the local gov't).

- Check-In is at 3:00 p.m. Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m. (Sometimes 
late check-outs are possible. Arrangements must be made in advance).

- A $300 security deposit is required. Your reservation is confirmed 
only when the deposit and signed rental agreement are received.  If 
the reservation is made within 30 days of your arrival, payment in 
full is required along with your security deposit.  Note: The cabin 
will be actively rented until your deposit is received.
