Private, though centrally located within steps of a renowned Anchor Inn restaurant, lobsters-on-the dock, King Ro grocery store, fresh vegetables, flowers and seafood, quaint village shops, historic Granite Hall country store with ice cream stand, penny candy and much more. Community suppers, weekly concerts at Little Brown church and King Ro Market all within walking distance of the house!

Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Separate dining room; Living room with flat-screen basic cable TV/DVD, piano, stereo and Wi-Fi internet connection. Half-bath, washer/dryer first floor. Three bedrooms and full bath 2nd floor. Sleeps six: 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds. All linens supplied except beach towels. Screened gazebo, 2 picnic tables, Weber gas and charcoal grills, hammock and adirondack chairs. Hundreds of books, badminton, croquet and other games available. Small, well-behaved dogs allowed with prior permission and additional cleaning charge.
