Welcome to the perfect mix of serenity and adventure at our spectacular mountain home with the Tahoe National Forest just steps outside the back door!  Enter the backyard to ski on 113 Kilometers of Cross Country Ski trails during the snow season or hike on those same trails during the summer and fall!  There are several major ski resorts and lakes all within 10 miles! The Recreation Center with pools, spas, exercise facility, tennis, child play area, and more is just a mile away. The perfect rental lodging for your next holiday or vacation.

When you enter the living and dining rooms on the main floor, you will find spectacular vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous river-rock hearth surrounding a thermostat-controlled fireplace. Large windows look through pine trees to the mountains in the distance and there is a large deck off of the dining room with a BBQ and table for your outside enjoyment! In the dining room there is a large table and a bar countertop with additional seating. The kitchen is full stocked and there is a laundry room for your use.

Also on the main floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with dual sinks. Both of these bedrooms have queen beds. They both have glass doors with a spectacular view over the large deck that faces the Tahoe National Forest.

Downstairs you will find a deluxe suite, complete with a private bedroom hosting a King sized bed, a private bathroom with a sitting area in the shower, and a living area with a desk, a cozy sofa and TV with Super Nintendo and 13 games! There is a romantic dual sided thermostatically controlled gas fireplace that you can enjoy from both the bedroom and the living suite! 

Upstairs there is a loft, a large bedroom, and a large private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a daybed for sitting or sleeping for two. The loft looks over the living and dining room and has another daybed.

No Smoking, No Pets and Please No Party Groups.  The minimum stay is two nights, increased on weekends to 4-nights in January, February, March, July, and August for reservations more than one month in advance.

Each bedroom has a Television.

Wireless, fast, free interenet throughout the house.

Large outdoor decks in the front and back.

Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and spices.

Laundry Room with large front load washer and dryer.

King beds in both master bedrooms (with two twins in the upstairs master), queen beds in both secondary bedrooms, two twin beds in the loft which can be used as a 5th bedroom
