Two gorgeous fireplaces, a marble edifice in the master suite. The second is a striking cathedral ceiling high edifice in travertine accenting the unique atmosphere of this incredible home.

In Santa Barbara you can hike in the mountains and swim at the beach on the same day! This property is located on a beautiful tree filled acre property with views of the mountains. Just a short walk to the Mission and the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. Walk to downtown Santa Barbara through Rocky Nook Park and distinctive Upper East neighborhoods. The beach and Montecito are just an easy 10 minute drive. Santa Barbara offers a wealth of cultural and athletic activities from kayaking, windsurfing, whale watching, fishing, biking, golf to local theatre, museums and cultural events.

Low Season for up to 8 people (Nov 1- May 15) $700 a night  $3500 a week (excludes holiday weeks) 3 day min

High Season for up to 8 people (May 16-June 30) $900 a night  $4500 a week (3 nt minimum) July 1-August 31-- 5 nt minimum

Low Season for up to 4 people  (November 1-May 15)  $600 a night  $2500 a week (3 day minimum)

High Season for up to 4 people (May 16-October 30)  $700 a night   $3500 a week (5 nt.  minimum except September--3 nt min.)

Holidays may have higher rates and longer minimum stays.

Returnable security varies. $250 cleaning fee (nonrefundable) 10% tax on stays under 31 days.
