private deck with perfectly manicured fenced in yard. Grand, tiled 
foyer doubles as a reading nook. Fabulous master suite with sitting 
room and private deck overlooking beautiful sunsets on the bay. 
Includes 27" tv/dvd player, private bath, and walk-in closet. 
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed w/ a 20" tv/dvd player. Bedroom 3 has 
2 twins and a 20" tv/dvd player. Bedroom 4 has a twin top bunk and a 
full size bottom. Great room sofa opens up into a queen size 
sleeper. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Central air throughout the 
entire house. Laundry room with brand new washer, dryer, iron, and 
ironing board. Off street parking as well as one car garage with 
automatic opener. THIS TOWNHOUSE AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL TO ADULTS OVER 
THE AGE OF 23.
