Beautifully decorated condo just steps from the pool with outdoor lanai that overlooks
lovely landscaped pool area.  Unique design of the pool and small quiet complex
invite you to really relax and enjoy your vacation.  The white sugar sand beaches of the
Gulf of Mexico are a 5 minute walk with a great beach cart provided to bring your refreshh-
ments, towels and toys to the water's edge. 

The unit provides everything but your toothbrush and bathing suit, from cookware to
BBQ grill on site, all linens, toaster oven, microwave, 2 TV's DVD/ CD player, pool toys,
family and adult games, books and washer/dryer in the unit.

This is a first floor unit so it's easy to negotiate for small children and older adults.  Also
convenient if you bring a pet, the doggy 'station' is just steps away with refuse bags
provided.  Pets MUST be treated with Advantage or similar.  There is a full kitchen with
dining table for four and two stools at the counter.  Terrific comfy king bed and queen
pull out sofa will accomodate 4.  Apartment size washer/dryer.  No detergent provided.

activities and attractions in Seagrove Beach Gulf Coast North

This area is renowned for it's sugar sand beaches.  Awarded National prizes for clean-
liness and beauty this is called the "Emerald Coast.  There is a bike path that meanders
all along Hwy 30-A and  more paths in the numerous state parks right in the area. Bike
rentals are available all along 30-A as well as motor scooters and kayaks.


Also is Grayton State park with beautiful lagoons for kayaking.  Everything from fine
dining to mouth watering sandwiches are everywhere, however you will not find the
McDonalds type fast food chains. 

There are concerts on the green in Seaside, a Farmers' Market every Saturday, movies 
on Friday nights, reporatory theater, art galleries and beautiful shops all biking
distance from the condo.  All season are different events, check local paper.

We had a great time, matter of fact one of the best! We felt right at home the minuet we arrived with our furry kids,the accomodations were perfect! The condo was clean and well maintained with plenty of kitchen supplies for those who like to cook. Our dogs enjoyed the vacation as well.here were designated areas for them to do their business as well as a doggie bag dispenser.A bike rental is within walking distance and that is the best way to really see Seagrove, we biked all the way to Grayton beach with wonderful bike paths provided and of course for those who like to get off the beaten paths we found many places to discover.We hope to return again soon! The Monarch butterflys were there migrating south, we spent little time laying on the beach because we were having so much fun riding the bikes and expolring the area.We had a great meal at Angeliana's Italian restaurant,as well as Mikes for breakfast and Cowgirl kitchen and Red Bar.Arllene was always prompt in answering e-mails and questions that we had.We will return again soon.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Excellent Location for Snowbirds

The location of this Condo is perfect, just a five minute walk to a perfect beach, where you can enjoy beautiful Sunsets almost every evening. There are are several restaurants within walk distance from the Condo and about 1 mike down Hwy 30 A is Seaside Village where you can enjoy several restaurants/ bars and a Farmers Market every Saturday Morning.
This Condo is comfortable and well equiped. We found the owner very knowledagble regarding the area and beyond, professional and easy to work with. The pool and entire area around this Condo is very clean and well maintained.

Recommended for: age 55+, pet-friendly, sight seeing

Nice, Affordable Condo

We had a very nice visit at this condo. It was clean, pretty quiet, and had some decent restaurants nearby. The pool was also very nice and convenient to us. We really enjoyed being able to bring our small dog along with us, although visitors should keep in mind that dogs are not permitted on local beaches, unless the owner is a permanent resident and carries a permit.

Overall, if you've got a pet and are looking for an affordable vacation in Seagrove, FL (just down the road from Seaside), then this would be a great choice!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
