Season:  Memorial to Labor Day - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY - $2800 per week
Cleaning Fee: $150.00
RENTS FRIDAY TO FRIDAY JUNE, JULY & AUGUST
Off Season:  3 night minimum $300 per night or $2100 per week, plus cleaning fee
Security Deposit: $500.00 due 7 days from booking
