This is a Non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoors is fine under one simple guideline... Cigarette butts deposited on the premises will be assessed an additional $100 cleaning fee. If you must smoke, please dispose of your butt’s in an As* tray where they belong. Picking them up is a real drag. :-(
