located in the heart of lively downtown Hungtington Beach. The
cottage is literally steps away from the sand, boardwalk, pier, and
dozens of restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops.

You will be enjoying your stay 1 block from Famous Huntington Beach,
its Pier, and boardwalk. Not only is it known as "Surf City USA,"
but it is also considered one of the safest cities in the US. The
Cottage is located 1 block from Main Street with dozens of
restaurants, pubs, boutique shops, and nightlife.

The Beach Cottage is a two bedroom, one bath, single family home
with laundry room onsite, backyard, back patio and detached two car
garage. Cottage has been recently remodeled with new paint, new
flooring, and new furniture.

First bedroom contains full size bed, and flat screen color
television with satellite channels.

Second bedroom contains two twin size beds, which upon request may
be connected to "create a King bed," and flat screen color
television.

Living room contains queen size sleeper sofa which sleeps two, and
flat screen television with satellite channels.

Wireless high speed internet access available.

minimum, $175/night)

Dates inclusive of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve/Day shall be charged at $200 per
night, and will require a 5 night minimum.

High season (April - September) From $1575/week .. (4 night minimum,
$225/night)

$250/Reservation Fee (Applies to Rent)

$250/Refundable Security Deposit within 10 days of check out if no
damage beyond normal wear and tear.

$75/Cleaning Fee

Note: Receipt of $250/Reservation Fee and $250/Security Deposit
($500 Total) will be required to reserve requested dates as well as
signed standard Vacation Rental Agreement.
