Perrenial gardens welcome you to McKinley Apartments.  The property is undergoing an extensive landscaping transformation that includes additional native trees along with a variety of perrenial gardens as well as accenting property features.  It is our goal for both our short term and long term guests to have the feeling of "being home" and have as many of the pleasures they might desire in a home both inside and out.

Short walk to Main Street and the Olympic Center.   Easy drive to Whiteface Mountain and numerous hiking, biking, fishing and boating areas.  Private ski lessons can be arranged in the winter with a certified ski instructor.

Discount golf package for Whiteface Club & Resort on the shores of Lake Placid.  The Whiteface Club is open to the public, features golf, tennis, cross country skiing, beach, restaurant on the Lake and restaurant on the golf course.

Rates vary depending on season and length of stay.  IronMan and certain holiday rentals require a minimum of 7 day stay/rate.

This property is listed on the approved Federal Travel Registry and will accept Federal rates based on availability.

All stays are subject to $75 cleaning fee.
