Denny Duplex in North Topsail Beach

The Denny Duplex is located at North Topsail Beach, North Carolina.
You can enjoy the best of both the ocean and the sound with this
lovely duplex which offers beautiful ocean views from the two ocean
side bedrooms and decks. Ocean access is just across the road and
you enjoy an unobstucted view of the ocean. The living room looks
out onto the sound where you can enjoy sound views from the sofa or
go the sound front deck. Watch the sun rise over the ocean
and enjoy sunsets over the sound. Watch the boats
come and go on the intercoastal waterway, fish from
your private soundfront pier, go crabbing or canoeing.

This duplex offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The downstairs
bedroom offers twin beds, TV, DVD, and VCR and deck and has a view of
the ocean. Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has a Queen size bed
and each bedroom also has a TV, DVD and stereo system. One bedroom
looks out onto the ocean and has a deck, the other bedroom looks out
onto the sound. There is a full bath on each floor. The kitchen is
large and well equipped for those of you who enjoy cooking the catch
of the day, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender,
etc. Dinning table expands to seat many. The living room also
offers a queen size sleeper sofa as well as TV, DVD and stereo
system. There is a portacrib and stroller provided. You will also
find a selection of books, videos, and DVD's for the evenings.
Stackable washer and dryer so there will be no need to take home
dirty clothes or find a laundrmat! Garage. This duplex sleeps 8 and
is set up to make your Family Vacation fun and relaxing. Sound side
fishing pier and dune crossover to the beach.

North Topsail Beach offers many activities. The ocean will be at
your front door and the water is usually quite warm from the
beginning of summer through fall for swimming and playing. The sound
is also at your door for fishing, crabbing, canoeing or just playing
in the water. North Topsail Beach is known for all the sharks teeth
you find on the beach, not to mention all the shells. A large
fishing pier is near the duplex as well as access to the sound for
boats. Kayaks, canoes, and bike rentals are available. You are
close to two North Carolina State Aquariums (Fort Fisher and Pine
Knoll Shores); Civil War Museum in Fort Fisher; Historic Wilmington
with beautiful old homes and the USS North Carolina; and
Jacksonville, NC, home of Camp Lejune Marine Base; Morehaead City and
historic Fort Macon. Many fine restaurants and gift shops. Golfers
can be on a course within ten minutes.

All other dates, Off-Season- $600.00

Mid and Off Season rental rates are available with a three night
minium, Rates do include cleaning fee. Refundable
damage deposit is required. Contact owner to discuss
bringing pets, some pets are allowed. There is an additional fee for
pets.
