Vacation Rental Description

This house is located just across the street from a beautiful beach 
offering swimming in the warm Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of bird 
watching, too. The house is conveniently located within a short walk 
to restaurants, bars and other establishments This remodeled home has 
a large comfortable front porch with 2 outside ceiling fans and a 
fenced in backyard with deck & outdoor shower. There is off-street 
parking for your cars and boats.
The inside features central air & heat ceiling fans with 10 foot 
ceiling. The living room has a couch that makes into a Queen size 
bed,a love seat 
and recliner to watch your large TV  with I control, HBO on demand,
12 HBO channels or listen to the many music channels. 
Both bedrooms are identical and have kingsize beds, TV,s ceiling fans 
and large closets.
The large kitchen has a eating area, stove/oven, microwave, 
dishwasher and a large fridge with thru the door water/ice and a 
washer/dryer. The bar with bar stools seperates the living & dining 
area. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air & heat, Telephones, DSL cable TV & ceiling fans in all 
rooms, Full kitchen e/w all cooking utensils Dining table & bar, Lg. 
fridge, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster/oven & toaster, 
crockpot, dishwasher plus a new lg. washer/dryer. Linens provided. 
The back deck has a gas (BBQ) with a nice area off the deck for 
entertaining or just sunbathing & relaxing.
There is plenty of off street parking. 

Activities and Attractions

The beach is not crowded. You can swim, snorkel, fish, sunbath 
birdwatch go for long walks or runs or just relax and enjoy the 
spectacular sunsets. There are several boat ramps with in a few 
blocks. Not only is the fishing awesome but we have great scuba 
diving that offer one of the few places you can spearfish. 
Just steps from your door there is dining, dancing & entertainment.
Located just minutes from Saint Petersburg & a half hour from Tampa 
airport this is a perfect hub for everything Florida has to offer.
Ten minutes to Downtown St.Pete. offers Florida International Museum, 
Salvador Dali Museum, The Hands On Museum & Museum of fine Arts.
The Pier & Baywalk have countless Shops, Dining & Entertainment.   
Aprox. a half hour to Bush Gardens, Lowry Zoo, Florida Aqarium,
Mosi Museum, Ybor City, Tarpon spong docks.
An hours drive will get you too Weeki Wachee ( mermaids ), Homosassa 
(swim in crystal water with Manatee) & Sarasota & Bradenton with all 
there shops & entertainment.
Two hours will get you to Orlando with Disney World, Sea World 
Universal Studio and much more.
Less then an hour past Orlando is the Kennedy Space Flight Center.
