2003, it includes dramatic coral stone walls and showers of natural 
stone. Each room, patio and covered deck offers spectacular views of 
St. John’s East End and the British Virgin Islands. 

Enjoy beautiful sun rises by morning, glistening moon rises at 
night, warm sun on the pool deck or cool shade on the covered 
galleries. Step out onto the large, tiled deck and enjoy a 9x15 
pool, Hot Springs spa, Vermont Castings gas grill and cook top, 
comfortable teak patio and deck furniture and more! 

The expansive great room creates a relaxing atmosphere with two, 
oversized sofas, Turkish rug and complete entertainment system. 

Mahogany cabinets, granite countertops, Bosch appliances, ice maker, 
and every kitchen gadget imaginable make up the gourmet kitchen. 
Dine on the the elegant Tommy Bahama sunset dining suite or al 
fresco on the deck. 

One bedroom is adjacent to the great room, with the other two on the 
lower level. Each has a king-sized bed and private bath, private

Three quarters of the land on St. John is part of the Virgin Islands 
National Park. The world-renowned North Shore beaches - Trunk Bay, 
Cinnamon, Maho, Hawksnest - are all part of the National Park and 
accessible to all. 

Hike the many trails within the Park and see petroglyphs made by 
long-ago native peoples. Visit the Sugar Mill ruins at Annaberg 
Plantation. Snorkel the guided trail at Trunk Bay.
