Schaefer Cottages @ Mayo Beach in Wellfleet

Walk across the street to Mayo Beach for a swim. These well-appointed 1 bedroom cottages with loft has sleeping room for 4, a full sized kitchen and living room and a grassy front lawn just 3 minute walk to the beach & Cape Cod Bay. Quaint, bright and clean, these cottages has been updated for comfort, including WIFI access & TV.  They are only steps away from great local theater, galleries, restaurants, tennis courts, playground, skate board park, ballfield, pier and marina.

You can use Google Earth or Google Maps to view the location of the owner's home and the cottages in the back yard.  Check out the proximity to neighbors, marina, village and Mayo Beach.  The address is 14 Kendrick Avenue, Wellfleet, MA  02667.  A map with the exact location of cottages and neighboring homes is available at your request.

These cottages have heat & air conditioning, well equipped kitchens with full-sized appliances, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, outdoor showers, decks, and lawn furniture.  In one cottage, the kitchen and living room share the same area but the bedroom is separate.  In the other cottage, the kitchen, living and bedroom are in one large room. The lofts provide sleeping space for 2 with 2 single mattresses (please note that the loft's low ceiling does not allow adults to stand).

Cable TV, DVD player, Internet access, outdoor shower. 

Cottages are available May, June, July, August, September and October thru' Columbus Day weekend. 

Saturday - Saturday weekly rental:  6/22 - 9/7, otherwise 2 night minimum.  

 Weekly rent is $800, Daily rate is $110 per night.

Cancellation Policy:  If another tenant can be found at the same rental rate, you will receive a full refund.  If another tenant is found but at a lower rate you will receive a refund less the differencial.  If no replacement is found, all rent received to date is forfeited.  In any case, the Security Deposit (if already paid) will always be refunded.

Security Deposit is $100.  It will be returned to you shortly after your departure unless there is damage.  Then you will be notified that the security deposit must be applied to pay for any damage caused during your stay.  You will receive an itemized accounting for repairs and any remaining money will be returned to you.
