spacious, and comfortable unit. This unique flat overlooks your
very inviting pool from an extremely large covered patio with
breathtaking breezes of the ocean, and just a few steps away from
the pristine sandy beaches. Located in Summer Beach Village, right
down from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the Golf Club of Amelia Island,
this Sailmaker condo is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, and
very functional for the entire family. NO stairs to climb, just
walk out the back patio to enjoy a day at the beach, a dip in the
pool, and/or a walk/ride around the island on our beautiful scenic
shaded paths.
Your stay in this villa includes 1 King in master bedroom suite with
ample room to use our roll-a-way bed if needed(makes single bed.)
Private bath in master bedroom and your own TV/VCR. Bedroom #2
decorated with a nautical theme has two twin beds and TV and shares
bathroom with bedroom #3 which contains a queen size bed.
Our exclusive in-room guest guide to Amelia offers tips on area
attractions, local restaurants, current activities in the area, and
other valuable information on where to go and what to do on your
vacation. Whether your favorite activities are golf, beachcombing, sun-sitting, or just relaxing by the pool, you'll find
our place to be the perfect island retreat.  For the dog lovers we offer an end unit for which to step out your back patio and let them do their thing.  We also have lots of biking and/or walking trails for which to take in the warm tropical air and enjoy the outdoors.

Newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid oak
cabinets and tile throughout villa. Large covered patio (sliding
doors off living room and off master bedroom suite), 3 cable TV's, 2
VCR's, DVD player, CD player, fully furnished kitchen (coffee maker,
blender, microwave, toaster, crock pot, mixer, etc.)
Washer/dryer,iron/ironing board, all linens and towels provided.
Pool is conveniently located 20 steps from our villas back patio.

Miles of white sandy beaches, golf courses( several convenient
locations), beautiful walking/biking trails, boating, fishing, jet-
skiing, magnificent island restaurants, great island shopping, tours
of historic Fernandina Beach. Sunset cruises, horseback riding on
the beach, airplane rides, and sailing/fishing charters. Just three
hours from Walt Disney World, two hours from Daytona, and only 30
minutes from Jacksonville, FL (home of the Suns and the Jaguars.)The
Jacksonville Zoo is only 20 minutes away.
