Magnificent Three Palms, Very Large beach Home w/Pool in Cape San Blas

Three Palms is a large beautiful compound with magnificent Gulf View's and a in ground pool.There are 5 BDR's, 4 each with its own bath, closet and private entrance to outside decks. There is a HUGE "great" room that has 2 full bunk beds, trundle bed, large TV and 2 doors that access the decks.

This is a 1st tier, gulf view home that towers over the small house between the beach and Three Palms. A beach path starts just a few steps from the driveway and is a huge expansive area of desserted beachfront. The home is a perfect setting for large families/groups, allowing for both socializing and privacy, at the same time. It is very well appointed and modern with a fully loaded kitchen and stainless steel appliances.

The ground level underneath the house is like having an extra floor that consists of a screened fishing room with double sink and extra storage area, a shuffle board court, a large outdoor shower, an oversized grill, and two seperate sitting areas outside the fenced pool area. There is a vacant lot that borders the house that allows for a "jungle" feeling that provides added privacy. The breezes in this area are wonderful and act as natural "air conditioning" effect, that are enhanced by the shade provided by the house. The fenced in pool area has plenty of room for your pet and enjoys wonderful views of the sunset. In cooler months, the fenced in area by the pool, acts like a suana, blocking the wind and feels 15-20 degrees warmer with the Sun shinning.

There are 2 wrap around decks/floors above the ground level that provide gorgeous vistas of the Gulf and St. Vincent Wildlife Refuge. There are over 45 outdoor seats available between the pool, grnd floor and 2 decks. Plenty of room to hang out together or spread out and enjoy the "space". Each upper deck has screened in and open rooms to provide the ultimate in flexibilty for all kinds of weather conditions. One of the screened in areas is set up as an "outdoor dining area" that connects to the kitchen. Both floors of the deck can be closed off for "little ones" or pets to roam the whole area without getting to the ground floor. You can actually get lost at 3 Palms and could benefit from a GPS system to find people.

The area is extremely quiet and feels like a bird sanctuary. At night time the stars, cool breeze and sounds of the Gulf dominate the landscape creating a magical atmosphere that you will never forget.

We offer concierge type services that can stock your refigerator, provide babysitting services, build bonfires, book fishing,golf, kayaking or eco trips or just provide you with any and all information about the area.
