Bonus- central AC.

The 2 main bedrooms have comfy queen size beds, flat screen TV’s and either a mirrored wardrobe closet or a walk-in closet. The living room has plenty of seating with 2 sleeper futon couches. A third bedroom/den is on the ground floor, has a double bed/futon and a half bath and opens to the patio with a full size counter-top built-in BBQ.

This unit has its own ground level gated patio area, built-in gas BBQ, private outside shower, raised view deck and direct entry to a 2 car tandum parking garage.  Private washer and dryer.

The boardwalk and beach are 1/2 block away.

There is over 2 miles of boardwalk to walk, or rent a bike and other fun things to do, dozens of restaurants, lots of shopping and of course, the Mighty Pacific Ocean right outside your doors

San Diego Sea World is less than 2 miles away, the San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park are 10 minutes away,  Lego Land is north on Fwy I-5 about 40 minutes driving and the Wild Animal Park less than an hour.  These are all world famous attractions in San Diego.

Cleaning: $150   Tax Rate: 10.5% on rentals less than a month
