SaddleBrooke Adult Golf & Tennis Resort - Private Home in Tucson

A fully furnished home in SaddleBrooke, an adult (40 and over)
golf & tennis resort community by Robson 14 miles north of Tucson in
the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. The SaddleBrooke Resort
Community includes four country clubs each with their own clubhouse,
3 championship golf courses, fitness facility, swimming and lap
pools, and lighted tennis courts. We also have a new 500 seat theater
for concerts, movies, etc. Renters enjoy full access to all club
facilities at no cost. Fees for golf vary by season. If there's an
activity you're interested in it's probably available at
SaddleBrooke. A fun place to enjoy a great vacation.

Great feature is desert hillside behind back patio. We don't look
into someones back yard. Great bird and wildlife watching, quail,
deer, etc.
King bed in Master with walk-in closet, double sink and spacious
shower. Queen in Guest Bedroom.
TV, DVD, CD, Tape Deck with surround sound in Great Room.
Back Patio: Gas Grill and two patio sets. Ceiling fan. Misters on
south and west.
Pool and jacuzzi are an easy 1/2 mile walk or golf cart ride to
clubhouse.
Use of Golf Car included. (We're told this is a $150.00 value).

A very active community with golf, tennis, swimming, hiking, bike
riding, bridge, dancing, stargazing, wood working, ceramics,
doll house building, wood carving, quilting, sewing and art. Just to
name a few.

January through April: $3100/month
April through May: $2900/month
June through August: $2100/month
September through December: $2800/month
Hi-speed internet available for additional $45.00 activation fee plus
monthly fee of $35.00 for term of rental.
If not rented: ($1100/week - 3 night minimun/$500).
$500 security & damage deposite required
$100 cleaning & laundry fee retained upon departure
Adults over 2/Additional $100 per person.
