Log home is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with views of Lake George and surrounding mountains.

Home has 2,200 square feet with an open floor plan on first floor of main living area. Living room with fireplace, dining room, and kitchen, all with cathedral ceilings. Loft overlooking the main floor has views of the lake and mountains. Fully equipped kitchen and utility closet with washer and dryer.

Main floor has two bedrooms, one has a king bed. The other bedroom has a double bunk on bottom, single bunk on top, as well as a double bed for your family needs. There is a full bath between these two rooms. The second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed with skylights and a walkout deck with views of the lake and mountains. Full bathroom and plenty of closet space is also part of the master bedroom.

Loft has a daybed for extra needed sleeping area. It also has a desk with wifi computer access and shelves full of games and books for those rainy days.

Screened in porch off the kitchen has a table and chairs and cable TV for those warm summer evenings. Just outside of the French doors of the dining room, there is an open covered porch with a patio set for your outdoor dining pleasure. The front of the house has a full open deck with a BBQ for your convenience.

All rooms have cable TV and phones. Living room has premier cable and VCR and DVD players. There is air conditioning in the bedroms.

Our home also has a deeded dock for a maximum 22 foot boat, included with your rental at no extra charge. Launch area is just two miles away at the town beach and boat rentals are plentiful in the local area.

Arcady Bay Association is one of the top communities on Lake George. Amenities include shallow, sandy beach, picnic area, sun/swim deck, tennis, racquetball, basketball, shuffleboard, and play area all for your enjoyment.

Off season activities include leaf peeping, ice fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, local fairs, and many other great local events.

Gore Mountains is just 30 minutes away on Rt. 8 and Vermont is a very scenic 45 minute ride.
