Meet at “Mary’s Place” and get your vacation started! This magnificent oceanfront property is just steps to the beach and comes fully equipped for all of your vacation needs

For the 2013 season

Previously we've added a side bar that includes:

• An icemaker capable of producing 55 lbs of ice per day (see photos)
• A beverage cooler for your beer, soft drinks, waters (see photos)

 Flatscreen HDTVs in the living room, and three ocean facing bedrooms(see photos)

 Use the private elevator from the ground level to carry all of your luggage and groceries to the first floor. The first floor contains a gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances for all of your cooking needs… Even the sink faces the ocean. Enjoy informal meals seated at the bar, large dinners gathered around the oversized dining room table, or eat outside overlooking the ocean while seated at the teak patio table.  A highchair and and pack-N-play are also provided for the younger members of the family.

Relax in the living room complete with cable TV, DVD player, and an assortment of board games and books.   You can also surf the web with the high speed wireless internet or listen to your favorite music through our i-pod compatible stereo

Unwind after a day at the beach in the outdoor private hot tub* while watching the dolphins swim by.  Then rinse off in the outdoor shower.

At the end of the day, you will look forward to retreating to any one of the 5 bedrooms.  All equipped with their own private TVs and decorated to make you feel like you are on a tropical island. 

The first floor contains 1 King Master bedroom suite with an attached full bathroom. 

The second floor has a king bed suite with  private bath and a queen bedroom both of which have a private decks with Adirondack chairs and tables to view the waves. The third bedroom on the second floor features a queen bed and a day-bed with trundle.  Another full bath is also located on this floor.

The top floor of the house is a master suite with king bed, full private bath, flat screen TV, deck, and an electric fireplace for romantic evenings.

Spend your days outside in the sun on the wide sandy beach. The oceanfront community pool is steps away, and the fishing pier is a few hundred yards down the beach.  Less than 5 minutes away is the town park with lighted tennis courts, basketball courts and playground. Great golf courses are nearby.

Sept & Oct are SPECTACULAR at Topsail. This is the "Hidden Season" : the ocean is warm, the temperature is in the 80's with low humidity, the nights are cool, and rates are low. 

• Come without the kids for a romantic getaway.
• Perfect for a golfing group, Noth Shore Country Club (4 star rated by Golf Digest) is 2 miles away.       
• If you prefer ocean fishing, a fishing pier is a 5 minute walk down the beach.
• Or just enjoy the beach and sand during the day and soak in your oceanfront hot tub during the evening for a major attitude adjustment

*There is a $75 charge to open the hot tub in off or mid season.
