Location is everything! This spacious top floor 2005 CONDO with vaulted ceilings is located only steps away from the beach and boardwalk, was just painted for the 2010 season. You are able to walk to restaurants, shops, amusements and the Convention Center. This warm and sunny condo features Four bedrooms and two full baths. Each room is decorated in fun summer themes. The living area features cathedral ceilings and lots of windows. The dining area has a table that seats 6. There is a private terrace with patio furniture for you to enjoy the warm summer weather on with and see the beacha dnwater in the backround. There is room for 3 cars to be parked. Two in the garage and one outside. You can park your car for the week and walk to all of the excitment! 3 bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has 2 twins and a sleeper sofa.
