Plus it's just minutes from miles of hiking and biking trails, the Winter Park Ski Resort and a wide variety of summer and winter activity options.  Located on the free Lift Bus shuttle route.  This is the perfect Winter Park location!  

We designed this distinctive home with the luxury vacationer in mind...solid log construction, custom wood floors and cabinetry, quality appliances, quiet private bedrooms, in-floor radiant heat, open main level design for easy interaction, two living room areas with flat screen televisions, large deck & patio with Continental Divide views, and a private onsite hot tub and steam shower.

This is an ideal location for winter and summer family vacations, reunions, a corporate retreat or just a group of friends taking in all the Winter Park has to offer.  The home offers easy access to downtown Winter Park (just two blocks away) to enjoy the many shopping, dining and nightlife options available during your special visit to the Fraser Valley.  No need to drive when you are enjoying this log home.  The free winter ski shuttle stops next door and you are steps away from a fun night out, two parks for family fun and the concert venue in downtown Winter Park.

Master Suite on main level: King bed, sitting area and master bath with double vanity, granite countertops, soaker tub and glass shower

Master Suite on upper level: King bed, sitting area, private outdoor deck, and master bath with single vanity with granite countertop and tub/shower combo

Bedroom three on upper level: Queen bed, sitting area, views of the Continental Divide and bath with single vanity, granite countertops and shower.

Bedroom four on lower level: Extra large room with two queen beds and sitting area, adjacent to the downstairs living room with flat screen TV and two sofas (one sleeper sofa).  This room is adjacent to a large bath with single vanity, large granite countertop and a large steam shower with bench (great for early morning steams or to warm up after a hot tub on the patio just outside the door).

Summer Reservation Policies

- 3 night minimum stay (midweek) & 4 night minimum stay over weekends 

- On reservations of less than 7 nights, add $200 clean fee (space available
   basis)

- 50% deposit at time of reservation.  Balance due 21 days prior to arrival.

- Tax rate is 8.9% (no tax on monthly rental - call for discounted rates)

Summer Cancellation Policies

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival - 2 nights lodging + tax

Cancellations 22 to 29 days prior to arrival - 50% of rental

Cancellations within 21 days of arrival - full forfeiture

Cancellation penalties are refundable, less a $100 processing fee, if we are able to rent the home to another client.

This home was everything it is advertised to be. It had great space in all areas. It was clean and well equipped. The owners were great and easy to work with. I would revisit this property again. Thanks to Brian, Tim and Carl for making our stay enjoyable for all.

Amazing!

What a fantastic place! The location was ideal as we could walk to town, yet we still had the feeling of seclusion and privacy with breathtaking views. The kitchen was top-notch gourmet, steam shower and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed, bedrooms were huge and comfortable, and the hot tub was private and quite large. Will definately stay here if possible for all visits to Winter Park.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Beautiful Home!!

This home is amazing! We greatly enjoyed our family get together during Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything we needed with only minimal supplies needed. Brian and Carl, the rentee's, were great at taking care of us. We look forward to renting this house again. Thanks so much Brian and Carl.
