Includes yard maintenace, trash removal, water and sewer.

Centraly located near many attractions,only 1 hour from 
Disneyland,45 min. to Tampa with easy access to Busch Gardens 
Adventure Island,the Florida Aquarium and Gulf beach's. Close to 
Weekiwachee Springs,Crystal River where you can see the manatee,s 
and Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park.

Vacation Rental Rates

January-April,2007 2,000.00 month(must be a minimum 3 month rental)
May -December,2007 1,800.00 month
One full month security deposit and one month due at time of 
reservation-security deposit refundable after inspection, any 
damages caused by tenant will be deducted from security deposit.
For cancellations 30 days or less before date of rental,100% of the 
security deposit will be forfeited: Cancellations greater than 30 
days before date of rental will result in 50% of security deposit 
forfeited. No smoking,100.00 cleaning fee, rates subject to change 
without notice.
