On the main level you will find an open floor plan including the living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen including small appliances, breakfast bar, laundry facility, screened in porch and newly remodeled 1/2 bath.  Off street parking is another plus with two spaces right outside your front door.

Walk the three blocks to the beach and spend the day.
