Home on the River in Hernando

This beautiful (manufactured) home is right on the River.  Right from the dock in the backyard you can fish, swim with the manatees and then kayak up and down the river to see the amazing wildlife!  It has a large screened in lania for you to eat after grilling on the BBQ.  There is a television in the living room, kitchen, back porch and all three bedrooms (cable box in living room and master bedroom, all other tv's have basic cable). Do you have a boat?  Feel free to use the dock.  You can even channel out to the Gulf of Mexico.
It has a beautiful garden tub in the master bedroom, internet access and even a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (upgraded mattresses), 2nd has a queen, 3rd has a trndle bed and there is a sleeper sofa for those 2 extra guests!
 

Just bring your toothbrush, this (manufactured) home is equipped with everything to make your vacation perfect.

Swimming, golfing, beaches, theme parts (Busch Gardens, Adventure
Island, Disney, Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens, Buccaneer Bay (just minutes form this home) and many more! Boating, fishing, dolphin watching, shelling, cruises, gambling boats, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre. Florida Aquarium, the famous Greek Sponge Docks, Mermaid shows, and then of course there is the Tampa Bay Bucs, Devel Rays and Tampa Bay Lightning!!

DEPOSIT: $500 deposit for the months of January, February, and March
               $200 deposit for the month of April through December
Deposit is applied towards balance due. Monies are due the day before check in.

The deposit and signed contract are due at time of reservation.  Reservation must be received within 7 days of booking if it has to be mailed in. 


CANCELLATION: Deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded to you with 30 days notice for the months of January, February, and March and 2 weeks notice for the months of April through December.

**If any damages occur during your stay, the cost for repairs will be charged to the credit card on file or owner of the home will seek legal council.
