Reservation fee:

• 50 % of the total stays due at reservation.
• 100% refundable if cancelled sixty (60) days in advance of reservation date.

• $300.00 - reimbursed within seven days of termination of occupancy.

Cleaning fee:

• $100.00

Rates valid up to six (6) guests.

Renters must be 21 years old or older.
