Fully furnished with new furniture and tastefully decorated 
throughout.  Just bring your suitcase and enjoy all that is here.

Enjoy the birds in the morning from the screened lanai that faces the 
preserve area.

Located in the Hampton area of Spruce Creek.  Home is 1 year old.

Full use of golf cart and two bikes for you to enjoy!

Two Queen beds and a full bed are currently in the bedrooms.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything is in place for your stay.  All towels, linens kitchen 
utensils, washer/dryer, Lanai furniture, etc are supplied.

Golf cart included!

Two well maintained bikes also included for your use!

meticulously maintained.

Fantastic location.  Enjoy the villages without being in the 
community.  The villages are 10 minutes away, Ocala is 20 minutes 
away, Orlando is 1 1/2 hours away.

Really an active place to spend some time away from home.

Vacation Rental Rates

Dec to April (prime season) rates are $2200/month
May to Sept rates are $1400/Month
Oct. to Nov rates are $1800/month

For stays of less than 6 months, add 9% Florida tax

$750 fully refundable deposit required

No pets/No smoking

3 month minimum stay required by community--call for weekly or 
monthly rentals
