Beautiful new two bedroom, two bathroom home offers ocean views and sits only 200 feet from the beach! This tranquil Cape Meares setting offers an expansive deck in the backyard to enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean and cook the perfect BBQ meal!

The interior of the home is beautifully finished in knotty pine. The first level of the home features a cozy kitchen and dining area and a living room with a wood stove. There is full bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, a TV and a DVD player on the first floor as well. The stairs lead you to a master bedroom loft area that features a balcony with an ocean view! There is a full bathroom with his and her sinks to make your stay as convenient as possible. There is also a twin trundle bed upstairs that can be used as an extra bed or just as a nice spot to lounge and watch a movie. This home has a TV and DVD player upstairs but it does not have cable so please bring a couple of your favorite films to enjoy on your trip!

The large backyard features several decks which allow for the perfect blend of sun and shade. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash when outside in consideration of our neighbors and all pet waste must be disposed of or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Cape Meares is a quiet town with no services so it offers the perfect place to get away from the stress of the city. If you would like to dine out, there are plenty of options in nearby Oceanside, Netarts and Tillamook, all within a 10 minute drive. There are fishing, crabbing and clamming spots close to the home and you can spend an afternoon taking in the fabulous views from the historic Cape Meares lighthouse which is just up the road. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful vacation on the beach, you have found the perfect place!
