Charming beach front condo with incredible view of Atlantic Ocean.
This cozy second floor end unit, single family unit offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen - dining area, and living room area. Private balcony deck off of the living room perfect for sipping coffee as the sun comes up on the Ocean. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa facing the ocean. Two car parking and washer dryer on premises, central AC, fully stocked kitchen with a new oven, microwave and dishwasher . Carpet and tile flooring in kitchen/dining area.

Ocean City offers ten miles of sandy, wide and clean beaches which are free for everyone. Along Ocean City's famous Boardwalk and inlet area, families can enjoy amusement rides, arcades, a large variety of shopping, restaurants and food vendors.
Throughout Ocean City you will find miniature golf courses, water parks, amusement parks, scenic cruises, harness racing, skydiving and airplane rides.
Just 3 blocks from Northside Park (127th street) a 52 acre park great for walking, biking,baseball, basketball, roller blading located on the Bay with beautiful views-can fish/crab from the pier or play on the playground. Fireworks display on 4th of July.
There are 16+ Championship Golf Courses within 16 miles of the Hobo. Golfmaryland dotcom
Delaware state line is 2miles to the north and is "the home of Tax-Free shopping" and the outlet areas.

May-June rental - $1,085.00 per week
July-August rental - $1,285.00 per week
September rental - $1,085.00 per week
We will do off-season Week - weekend rentals, please inquire.
We have many return visitors so book early or renew for following year.
We use the Vacation Rentals-Renter's Insurance thru CSA, that protects you as well as our unit. Rather than pay a $250 deposit fee we charge only $39 and you get $1,500 in damage protection.
Payments - Half is due with Insurance upon signing of the lease. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Checks only, no credit cards.
Please check availability calendar before contacting us. We rent to families only. During June - August we only rent by the week. We do not rent to students. Sorry no smokers or pets.
