I have gone around and around whether to charge total cost including tax or to charge like everyone else weekly plus tax cleaning etc. so the rates are as follow.

April, May and June until the 18th it is $1500 per week that includes tax etc plus security

June 18th until July 2nd the cost is $2000 for the week. July 2nd until Sept 3rd is $3000. per week all inclusive with 1 exception the security deposit which is $450 per week and your may secure the security deposit with a credit card.

Sept 2nd until October 30th the rent for the week is $1500. all taxes included

We do give a discount for multiple week rentals.

The probperty is rented by the week June July August and Sept

This property has a 2 day minimum April May October.
