We're located on the Oeste (quiet) side of this private, guarded community. If you're looking for party central - keep looikng! :)
Our house is family or couple perfect.
We have two, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Our casa is adjacent to a scenic greenbelt. Our great room features one of the largest 180-degree whitewater ocean views in the community!
We offer a view to die for ... just steps away from the beach, pool, jacuzzi ... and the surf.
Did we mention free wifi and Vonage?

This is our getaway house - not our business. We think you'll appreciate the difference. Just check out our reviews.
We've just retiled the entire house, added a new dining table for six, and bought a new barbecue. There's also a 50" plasma screen TV. Leather sofas. And teak patio furniture.
We've wired the entire house for cable. Our master bedroom (with its own bath) has a king-size bed. Our second bedroom (with bath across the hall) offers two queen beds with room to spare. Both bedrooms have ocean views and their own flat screen TVs.
Our kitchen is fully stocked. Complete with a digital gas stove and microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster oven.
Our kitchen bar (seats 3), dining area (seats sup to 10), and patio (seats 6) offer plenty of mealtime options.
Did we mention free wifi and Vonage?

Nearby golf courses offer stunning ocean views and
a challenging game. Horseback or ATV rides can be arranged nearby. Dining options range from gourmet restaurants to taco stands are minutes away.
The real secret Las Gaviotas' popularity, however, is
the surf. The waves break year-round and surfing is restricted to
community guests. What does that mean? While we can't promise an empty lineup (although it's been known to happen more than once) we can guarantee a friendly crowd in the water.
