We've recently added a 50" plasma screen TV. Leather sofas. Teak patio furniture, and a full-sized gas grill. Heaters, and a classic wood-burning stove, will keep you warm even on the chilliest night.

We've wired the entire house for cable. Our master bedroom (with its own bath) has a king-size bed. Our second bedroom (with bath across the hall) offers two queen beds with room to spare. 

Our kitchen is fully stocked. Complete with a digital gas stove and microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster oven.

Our kitchen bar (seats three), dining area (seats six), and patio (seats six) offer plenty of mealtime options.

Nearby golf courses offer stunning ocean views and
a challenging game. Horseback or ATV rides can be arranged nearby. Dining options range from gourmet restaurants to taco stands are minutes away. 

The real secret Las Gaviotas' popularity, however, is
the surf. The waves break year-round and surfing is restricted to
community guests. What does that mean? While we can't promise an empty lineup (although it's been known to happen more than once) we can guarantee a friendly crowd in the water.
