This amazing, large beach house is just a brief (5-minute) walk from the quiet white sandy beaches of South Walton. A large shared pool and hot tub are just steps from your front door. Four balcony's give views of the gulf and over look an adjacent golf course.
The ground floor features a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, maple stained cabinetry, a large capacity washer and dryer and hardwood flooring. Custom blinds and draperies adorn the windows and professional decoration is shown throughout. There is broadband internet access, a computer and printer, and Wi-Fi for your use.
All the rooms are unbelievably large and each bedroom has a its own travertine lined bath. The top floor has 2 bedrooms with king beds. The middle floor has 2 bedrooms: one with 2 double beds and the other with a queen and 2 double beds. There is also a bunk room.
This residence is ideal for families and friends who want to leave their cares behind. The location is great with easy private beach access, miles of jogging and bike trails, and the back yard is next to a golf course. The community is quiet, but the active areas of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seaside are just a few minutes away.
