This beautiful updated lakehouse is located on beautiful Lake Francis in Lake Placid Florida. Back of the lakehouse faces south the preferred location. Also it is located at the end of Lake Francis Dr. where it dead ends, which is a very quiet and private location. Lake Francis is a clear, sandy beach bottom, freshwater, 600-acre lake that is great for swimming, boating, water sports and fishing. The sunsets are magnificent! The home has 2 bedrooms, one being the HUGE master bedroom with a gorgeous picture frame window with views of the lake. Master bedroom closet is the size of another room with a ceiling fan. A great spot for the kids to sleep! 2 full baths. Large updated kitchen. Spacious screen patio with dining furniture.
