We had a really wonderful week. The setting is peaceful and charming. The owner is very accommodating and there are a lot of outings and activities to do in the area. The villa is perfect, even better than in the pictures. We are really happy with our stay, we will definitely return to this villa!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

The house is really old und not very nice (as on the photos). The pool heating didn´t work the first days. There were two very large construction sites, directly opposite the house and it was accordingly very loud. The owner has installed around the entire house with video cameras, which he himself has access to this and constantly monitored.

Owners response: Warning, this man have never booked my house by the "vacation-rental" website. It seeks to harm me!

This house was completely renovated in 2009 and all the furniture is new.

The system of video security is instaled outside of the house and shall supervise the boat that is on the dock.
nobody look live because the recorder is in the house.

In January 2013, There was a house under renovation in front of my neighbor's house, not in front of mine and there was noise for 2 hours max, I have 10 witness to confirm that.

The pool heater is a option, he do not want to paid, the heating was turn off.

If the house is as he says, there should be 20 negative complaints from tourists per year and since three years, in this web site, there has been zero!

This man is a specialist. After 5 days of vacation, he seeks of false pretexts to be reimbursed his stay, and so he tries to get a free vacation.
As I was afraid that he damaged my house, he agreed to leave, in return for a refund. I paid him with a bank transfer to his account.

I can easily prove that this house is exactly conform to the pictures and to the contract of rental .

To conclude, we have here a bad man who'll bring some problems at all the owners . Please Do not play to his games !
