Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to a beautiful 6 bedroom 4 bath ocean front home located on 
the peaceful and picture perfect beaches of Ponce Inlet, Florida.  
With 23 miles of beach to walk, swim or ride your bicycle, you will 
be in heaven!  You can relax in your 7-person spa while you watch 
the ocean waves, birds and boats.  Or you can enjoy the fabulous 
patio furniture while you dine and relax outdoors. 

This home has views of the ocean from the 2 master bedroom suites, 2 
living rooms, and formal dining room.  This upscale house provides 
all the comforts of home including cable T.V. in all 6 bedrooms, and 
both living rooms.  A VCR is included in both living rooms, and a 
DVD player is available in the downstairs living room.  The 
downstairs living room is equipped with surround sound for the T.V., 
Movies, and Stereo.  

Both floors of this 2-story home are designed with 3 bedrooms and 2 
full baths.  There are master bedroom suites located both upstairs 
and downstairs, with views of the ocean.  The downstairs suite has 
sliding glass doors, which provides a fabulous view of the ocean and 
access to the spa.  The formal dining room is located downstairs, 
and both floors are equipped with full kitchens, and dining areas 
(in addition to the formal dining room).  The living room upstairs, 
with access to the balcony overlooking the ocean, is equipped with a 
professional size pool table for your enjoyment.  

An added feature of this home is the courtyard design which provides 
for additional room for social events, and barbecues.  Whether your 
looking to spend a week, month, or year, this house has everything 
you need for a spectacular vacation!

date in mind.  Off Season - From $6,000.00 per month.  Peak Season - 
$12,000.00 per month.  Please email me for quotes for vacation stays 
less than 1 month.  
Note:  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Weekly (when available) - From $3,400.00 to $7,500.00 per week.
