This condo is located at the quiet end of Marco Island's 4 mile white sand beach. The unit is on the eighth floor of South Seas and offers breath taking views of the ocean, Gulf and pool. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, just recently remodeled, modern condo has a nice contemporary style for all to enjoy. There is a two new flat screen TVs, new stereo system. The bedrooms have a king in the master and twins in the guest bedroom, the unit sleeps 6 people. It is a perfect place to enjoy a day on the beach, relax next to the pool or watch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony.

Air conditioning, cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets. Laundry facilities are located in the hall a very short distance from the condo unit. There is a heated pool and 6 tennis courts (small fees apply), fitness room, covered parking and security personnel at the gated entry. You are right on the beach!
activities and attractions in Marco Island Gulf Coast South
Located on Marco Island's 4 mile white crescent beach, most activities are centered around the beautiful beach and sunsets. Walk North and experience the quiet solitude of the beach and it's natural areas. Walk further North to Tiger Tail Beach, snack bar, playground, kayak, concession stand and paddleboat rentals. Walk South for parasailing, jet skiing, shops, restaurants, etc. There are over 40 golf courses in Marco Island area. The Everglades are close to Marco and provide opportunity for airboat tours and alligator sightings. You can also take day excursion by boat or plane to Key West. Regional Southwest Airport in Ft. Meyers is 50 min from Marco Island. Direct flights from New York City, Chicago, Detroit and Indianapolis are available. The atmosphere on Marco is very casual. It is family oriented.

A deposit of $250 is required to hold your rental date. The deposit is returned to you within 30 days of your departure.
The condo association charges a $20 fee when you register. State & local tourst tax is 10%.
