Luxurious carpets and inlaid hardwood floors. Sleeps 2 to 16 people 
with a view from almost every room! Massive Master Suite with walk-in 
wardrobe, private Jacuzzi bath and double walk-in shower. Cozy 
Livingroom with view of the Bay and a 2-sided Fireplace. Large 
Familyroom for entertaining, excellent for group retreats or large 
families, yet perfect for just 2. Only 4 Miles to town, 2 miles to 
the beach. 

This Home is also available for small Weddings, Company or 
Church Retreats, Family Reunions and other larger events.

Full Kitchen/Laundry, 3 Large Decks, 50 ft from the Bay, Jacuzzi 
Tub, Double Fireplace. 7-person Hot-tub. 4 horse stalls for 
equestrians! 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Double, 1 Bunk-
Bed, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Hide-a-bed, Double Futon, 1 crib and lots of 
extra room.

Activities and Attractions

Visit the historic Cape Meares lighthouse. Nearby state parks abound 
with picnicking facilities and hiking and horseback riding trails. 
Go fishing, crabbing, and claming in Netarts or Tillamook Bay. Watch 
the migrating whales. Observe the sea lions and birds at Arch Rocks 
Federal Refuge. Play in the sand dunes, and visit Cape Kiwanda dory 
fleet. Visit the world famous Tillamook Cheese Factory, Pioneer 
Museum, Air Museum and Quilt Museum. 1.5 hours from Portland. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$210.00 to $310.00 per night depending on size of party.*  
Weekly rate- 7 nights for the price of 6. Two nights minimum. 
$200 security deposit(refundable) and $100 cleaning fee (partially 
refundable*)First night rent plus $300 deposit and 
cleaning required to book. Balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

No Pets/No Smoking
Checkin time is 4:00 pm
Checkout time is 11:30 am
