access from our sand covered, private lane to the beach. It's also
only a 2 minute walk to the best restaurants in Captiva?s village.

With 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths and a brand new, fully equipped
kitchen, the house is perfect for a large family or 2 or even 3
couples. Equipped with more amenities than you'd expect, it sleeps
up to 8 guests. Use our free 7-speed aluminum bicycles to enjoy the
bike paths on the Island. Our Weber gas grill will make for a great
poolside dinner.

Great stereo system with CD changer and a large CD music collection, iPod docking station, HDTV w/ audio system sound, & premium cable, I-pod docking & DVD (living room and children's bedroom), TVs in each bedroom, portable phone with answering machine, 7-speed men's and ladies aluminum bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Full linens are provided. Cable WiFi high-speed Internet with "n" router connection provided.

Within walking distance are boat rentals, cruises, parasailing,
jetski rentals, fishing, health club, spa facilities, shopping and
great restaurants.

Golf is available at two 18 hole courses on nearby
Sanibel Island, just 20 minutes away.
