The Brackenridge House Barn Carriage House is a modern apartment 
built to look like the old barn located behind  an 1873 carriage 
house at 206 Madison.  There is a loft bedroom with king bed, 
downstairs bedroom with a full bed and queen sized sofa bed in the 
parlor.  It has a full kitchen with dishwasher and a screened porch.  
It is located 2 blocks from the residential, park like, area of the 
Riverwalk and 4 blocks from the commercial area of the Riverwalk and 
downtown San Antonio.  It is one block from the trolley. There are 10 
restaurants in the neighborhood, 200 in the Riverwalk area.
