Vacation Rental Description
Nemo’s Reef is a luxuriously appointed, one-level home featuring all
the amenities you dreamed of and some you never thought about. This
spacious 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath dream home sleeps 10-12 guests
comfortably, and is suitable for up to 3 families vacationing
together.
The beautiful,romantic, private heated pool and spa are surrounded
by a screened terrace that provides an expansive view of the lush,
wooded conservation area. No homes back the house, ensuring your
privacy.
Two spacious master en-suite bedrooms are each equipped with a king
size bed, digital cable TV, ceiling fan, and a large bathroom that
leads to the pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms feature queen
size beds and ceiling fans, and one has digital cable TV. The fifth
bedroom has two twin beds and a new cable TV with VCR and DVD. A
bathroom with tub and shower is located next to all bedrooms. Equipped
with a Security System and Safe for your peace of mind.
The living room, with new luxurious leather furniture including a
queen size sleeper sofa, features a 51-inch HDTV with digital cable,
DVD/VCR/CD player, a large selection of family-oriented movies, and
remote controlled ceiling fans.
The light, airy kitchen and breakfast area are fully stocked with
amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice
maker, plates, silverware, cooking and serving utensils, and much
more.
The Reef provides everything you need for a magical stay, including
a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, linens, bath
towels, large pool towels, high chair, Pack and Play Crib, and
stroller. Unwind in the game room with a pool table, foosball and
dart board.
Surf the web at speeds up to 5 Mbps on a modern computer, complete
with complimentary high-speed cable Internet and Wi-fi or Ethernet
interface if you bring your own laptop. Computer geeks will be in
heaven! To keep in touch with friends and family unable to
accompany you, there is complimentary unlimited Long Distance and
International Telephone Service. For the digital shutterbugs,
software is installed that will allow you to send your digital
pictures by email to friends and family.

this Villa.

courts, volleyball court, playgrounds, even a children’s putting
green, this community is head and shoulders above the rest.
The Indian Creek community is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile
Marker 4 - approximately 3 miles from the Disney theme parks.

Additional Discount for Monthly Rentals
Minimun Rentals: 7 days during Hi Season and 4 days during Low
Season. Exceptions allowed for fill ins
Prices above do not include 13% Florida State Tax
A minimum deposit of $350 must be received before a reservation will
be held. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings with less than 8 weeks till arrival require the entire
amount be paid at booking.
A refundable $350 Security/Breakage Deposit is required. It will be
returned, within 3 weeks after departure, when we have confirmation
that the accommodation, fixtures, etc. are in the same condition as
when you arrived and vacated on the correct day/time.
Personal Checks for USD are acceptable if received NOT less than 30
days prior to arrival. Less than 30 days, please use Paypal, Credit
card or Certified Check.
There is a $100 cleaning fee which is waived on all rentals of 7
days
or more.
Standard Pool Heat (80-84 degrees) is $25/day and for your comfort
should be ordered prior to arrival.
Check in time is 4:00pm, Check Out Time is NLT 10:00am.
I will not rent to anyone under 23 years of age.
