Two bedroom 2 bath unit on the 2nd or 3rd floor of a 3 story building in a residential area Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Located on a very clean deep water canal/lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Large back yard with lounge chairs to sunbathe on or sit under the new thatch roof Tiki Hut. Catch fish in the canal and then throw them right on the grill. No fresher that this! You can also swim in the canal as there is a ladder on the dock.
