Oceanfront First Floor Condo with 46 Inch Flat Screen and open decks for viewing and relaxing with plenty of board games, puzzles, cards and dvds in unit.
We are renting the prime weeks for 2595. plus taxes..................

3 Bedroom has a new king comfortsource titan mattress, queen and a set of twins with a Jacuzzi in MasterBedroom, Lots of kitchen amenities, with dining room to accomodate 10 with two bar stools, and living room to accomodate 8 people sitting and talking.
The living room has a Queen Sleep Sofa,a regular Sofa and two rockers.
We also have a portacrib in one of the bedrooms.
Sheets and towels are provided with the rental cost, along with beach chairs and pool noodles for the 4 by 6 round pool.
activities and attractions in Kill Devil Hills Atlantic Coast
We have lots of attractions and things for everyone to do. There is the Lost Colony PLay, fishing centers and piers, JEANETTE'S PIER JUST REOPENED and lots of History related things for everyone to see and experience. With the pool we have picnic tables and benches for those wanting to eat by the pool and relax and enjoy the sun.
WE have a charcoal grill on the premises this year with picnic table. Pictures are coming real soon of the area.
We also painted the beach chairs on the oceanfront deck some real bright colors, pictures to come soon also.
There is parasailing, kayaking, fishing charter boats, or just laying on the beach and sunning.
vacation rental rates
Rates include all but the taxes which is 11.75% and insurance which depends on the cost for the week
Our rates start at 1125 and go up to 2595 for peak weeks in june,july and august. We sometimes run a special for different weeks so you must catch it at the right time in order to take full advantage of it. Sorry they do not have a rate calendar to show the different rates, but just send me an email and I will respond asap.
Special rate SECIAL RATE IS 2450 UNTIL the middle of May 2013.....
