Vacation Rental Description

Pensacola Palm Private Pool and Hot Tub !!! 
 
Have you been searching for a Pensacola Beachhouse with a Private  
Pool and Hot Tub on Pensacola Beach? Well, we have it! 
 
We've worked hard to make sure our guests of all ages enjoy our new  
addition! 
 
The 12' x 24' pool has a shallow area that is about 6” deep for  
mothers and babies, or sunbathers who want to stay cool in the  
water! It also has shallow steps, then gradually slopes from 3’6” to  
5’7”, with special 4-color rotating lighting in the pool at night.  
 
Two water jets, one on each side of the pool deck,  shoot water into  
the shallow end of the pool. There is plenty of room around the pool  
for tables and chairs, and there is also an 87' bench that surrounds  
most of the pool! It's great for sunbathing and at night it has  
indirect lighting underneath that gently lights the entire pool  
area.  
 
In addition, we also have an 8' 6" diameter HOT TUB with changing  
lights that synchronize with the pool lights! This is the best of  
both worlds. 
 
The pool and hot tub area are surrounded by a 6’ privacy fence and a  
5’ metal fence, with the required security gates and latches. There  
are also two outdoor hot/cold showers. 
 
The pool has a salt system that eliminates the harsh chemicals that  
most chlorine pools use. Even though we refer to it as a “salt  
system”, the water is not salty. The advantage is that it will not  
turn your hair “green” and it will not dry your skin out like  
regular chlorine pools do. It won’t burn your eyes, yet it provides  
the same sanitation that a chlorine system pool does. A salt system  
pool is a giant step in advancement of pools! 
 
During the day Grandpa and Grandma can relax beside the pool, and if  
they’re not working on their tans, they can relax in the outdoor,  
covered "Family Room Down Under" which is under the house (the house  
is on pilings) where there are plenty of tables and chairs, and even  
a hammock! From there they can watch everyone in the pool and at the  
same time enjoy the constant cool ocean breeze.  
 
At night, the "Family Room Down Under" is lighted, so the entire  
family can enjoy outdoor entertaining to its fullest, both in the  
pool, the hot tub, and the weather-protected "Family Pool Down  
Under! You will be able to have outdoor “picnics” around the clock!  
With the Gulf just one short block away, you will have the best of  
both worlds to choose from!

with private pools and hot tubs, so book early. We are filling up  
fast!

Relax on Santa Rosa Island, Pensacola Beach, in our Pensacola Palm  
vacation home. Let the sugar white sand and turquoise, crystal clear  
water of the Gulf become a part of your very soul. But be careful,  
when you leave, it will constantly be calling you back for more! 
 
Many families have found that our home is the perfect home for their  
family reunion, birthday celebration, wedding, or just making  
memories to last a lifetime. Life goes by so fast, don't let the  
opportunity for making those precious memories pass you by. Those  
little ones grow up and are gone before you know it. The fun you  
have in our home and at the beach will be relived for a lifetime! 
 
In a little over 1½ minutes, the length of two backyards, you will  
be on Pensacola Beach! Just walk down either of the designated  
walkways. One is one house to your left, and the other is two houses  
to your right. The Sound is only about 2 blocks away in the opposite  
direction. 
 
We can provide sleeping arrangements for 11 guests. There is room  
for everyone to get together, or room for individual privacy. We've  
furnished it as if we were going to be living in it ourselves full- 
time. We care about you and our home is your home! 
 
On the main level our Pensacola Palm offers a newly remodeled,  
large, open living/dining/kitchen area where there is room for  
everyone to play games, watch TV, visit, and cook. No one will be  
left out. 
 
We provide everything you will need to serve meals for your hungry  
crowd! Even recipe books are provided. Other items for your  
convenience are pots and pans, cooking utensils, serving dishes, a  
coffee pot with a timer, toaster, microwave, range, oven,  
dishwasher, and refrigerator. Our dining room table expands to seat  
10, and our living room/dining area together will comfortably seat  
19+. 
 
Those members of your family who prefer fun in the sun can enjoy the  
upper deck with a patio table, chairs, and a view of the pool/hot  
tub area and the Gulf of Mexico. 
 
We have even thought of our smallest guests. You will find a Pac 'n  
Play, recliner/highchair/booster seat, high chair, stroller, and  
small chairs. 
 
On the main level we have one master bedroom with a king sized bed  
and whirlpool tub, and another master bedroom with a queen sized 4  
poster bed and shower. This bedroom opens onto the deck looking  
toward the Gulf. It has sun in the morning for your morning coffee,  
shade in the afternoon for watching the waves and sea gulls, and  
provides romantic views of moon rises at night. 
 
We also have a "twin" bedroom that has 2 twin long beds (a twin long  
is exactly half the width of a king sized bed but the same length)  
and another regular twin bed that pulls out from under one of the  
twin long beds. That bedroom uses the hall bath with a tub/shower  
combination. 
 
Then we have a 2nd floor "tree house" loft with a wall of glass that  
looks out to the Gulf with a regular sized futon. 
 
We also have a queen sized sleeper/sofa in the living room. 
 
All bedrooms and living areas have TVs, some with VCRs or DVD  
players. For a fun evening of drawing the family together and  
friendly competition, you can choose from games such as Monopoly,  
Scattergories, cards, checkers, etc. Jigsaw puzzles and search-a- 
word books are tucked away in the entertainment center and trunks. 
 
We have an 80 gallon hot water tank so you can relax in the  
whirlpool tub AND have other members of your family taking long,  
hot, soothing showers or baths in any or all of our three bathrooms. 
 
There is enough parking space in front of our Pensacola Palm for 4  
cars in the driveway and 2 in the circle drive. 
 
All our furniture is either new or antique. 
 
Every guest is important to us, and we want each of you to have the  
best vacation possible. We have worked really hard to make sure you  
have a clean, comfortable, fully equipped, carefree home to relax  
in! After all, you've worked hard and you deserve it!

We provide our own personal towels and sheets. We do not use a linen  
service. All the bottom sheets are fitted. The towels are soft. 
 
Starters of dish soap, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, paper  
towels and toilet paper are provided. 
 
Please let us know if you need special accommodations for babies or  
smaller children. We will be glad to arrange what you need.

Advance Deposit - One half of total rental due at time of  
reservation. 
 
Remainder of rent, 11.5% tax, and $1000 Refundable Security Deposit  
(if no damage) due four weeks prior to check in. 
 
Cancellation. Must be in writing. Every attempt shall be made to re- 
rent the home. If the home cannot be re-rented, your Advance Deposit  
will be forfeited. In the event cancellation is made 30 days or  
less prior to check in, entire amount of rent will be forfeited  
unless home can be re-rented.

We have worked hard to make sure our homes our clean, well equipped,  
and smell good. 
 
If there is any evidence of smoking &/or pets anywhere on the
