This beautiful 2-story single family home is located in the quiet, desirable Sunrise Lakes neighborhood off of route 27 and 192 which is only 10 minutes to Disney property. It features 2 master suites, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, private pool, game room and will sleep 10-12 people.
- This luxury, super clean home just had a completed renovation with quality bedding and linens and new house wares. This large 2400 sq feet fully air conditioned home has plenty of living and bedroom accommodation. It features two master suites with LCD TVs - Both of them features large en-suite bathroom . The King master suite bath room has garden tub, double vanities and a separate shower. Jack and Jill twin bedrooms with 3rd bathroom to share. A sofa sleeper is provided in the great room for additional guests. For guests with babies we have a crib, high chair and stroller available free of charge. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, includes large refrigerator/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. A separate laundry room contains a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. It is also cross street from the community club house; kid playground and community swim pool. Walmart Super Center is only one mile away from our home. We just added a computer desk at the king master room. 19" monitor, keyboard and mouse are ready. Just hook up your notebook and enjoy the high speed internet.
- Luxury amenities include large screen 42” LCD TV in great room, 2 additional LCD TVs in two maters suites, DVD player, Game cube, Pool Table, free high speed wireless internet and free local phone calls within US/Canada.
- The oversize fully screened private pool overlooks the lake which could be a perfect place to stretch your legs after a fun day. Our private pool can be heated and features covered Lanai, Chaise Loungers, picnic tables and child safety net.

All of the essential amenities including a bank, gas station, supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Lowe's and a variety of shops, restaurants, and local pubs are only minutes away that cater to every taste and price range. There are many restaurants on US 192, just 5 minutes away.
