Vacation Rental Description

of the Atlantic is The House at Genipabu with 3 bedrooms (each with  
its own bath), a private swimming pool, maid service & daily  
breakfast.  This oceanfront villa sits on one of the most celebrated  
beaches in all of Brazil. Beautifully decorated and landscaped, it is  
an oasis situated in one of the most beautiful and vibrant spots on  
earth. Here you can breathe the purest air in the Americas, taste the  
freshest of seafood and tropical fruits, and bask in the golden rays  
of the sun. Right under the equator, in the extreme east of Latin  
America Natal boasts 360 days of sunshine that is rivaled only by the  
warmth of it’s people. (Annual air & water temperature is a pleasant  
28°C (80° fahrenheit) with a constant cooling breeze). Stunning  
landscapes, seemingly endless outdoor activities and history dating  
back 10,000 years. This villa is consistently described, by those  
that visit, as the most beautiful house on the north coast.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three bedrooms, each with a private bath.  Beds: 4 queen.  Baths: 5.   
Extensive DVD movie and CD music library.  Ceiling fans throughout.   
3 Car Garage Space.  Loft with view, extra large furnished bar-b- 
que/entertainment area by the pool and large, furnished beach side  
patio for lounging.  Steps to the ocean.  Two exterior beach  
showers.  Includes fresh breakfast every morning and daily maid  
service.  Laundry services and meal preparation (lunch and dinner)  
are available upon request.  Body boards & fishing equipment are  
available for your use as well as beach umbrella and chairs.  In- 
house full-body massages are also available upon request.

Activities and Attractions

Buggy rides on endless stretches of wild coastline and dunes, dining  
& swimming at fresh water lagoons, diving, fishing, hang-gliding,  
wind-surfing, dining on the beach, wonderfully fresh seafood and  
tropical fruit and much much more.  Great surfing location.  Easy  
access to area tours, i.e. the spectacular Forte Reis Magos, built in
