You are minutes from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area just north but light years away in terms of peace and quiet and in a perfect spot to watch rocket and shuttle launches from Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is one hour away and it’s an easy drive to Disney World and other Central Florida

Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the bed in the master bedroom. You'll love this unit and this part of Cocoa Beach. If you prefer a peaceful, uncrowded, beach experience without spending a fortune, this is for you. Watch the turtles nesting on our beach from May through September. We can arrange off-shore or flats fishing trips with experienced guides or kayak trips in the tranquil setting of the Thousand Islands in the Banana River just across the street.
