Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to "Sea Song."  Private, peaceful, and directly on the  
beach!  Beautifully decorated, nicely appointed, well maintained  
cottage by the sea in a small 5 unit condo complex (Saltaire). 20  
steps to the Gulf's edge!  Sea Song is all about convenience. 
 
First floor- covered private parking.  Private lanai/patio right  
next to the heated pool with pool shower.  The lanai has furniture  
for dining and relaxing, cooler, beach chairs and toys. No  
hauling the beach stuff up and down...makes for a great, easy "day  
at the beach".  Spiral stairs lead right up from the pool to the  
second floor balcony. 
 
Second floor- balcony with glorious views of pool just below and  
beach just beyond.  Sea Song has it all.  A king bed in the master,  
a very comfortable Queen sleeper, and two full baths!  
The newly remodeled kitchen overlooks the breakfast bar and family  
room, all offering wonderful views and sounds of the Gulf.  Open the  
sliding glass doors and let the Gulf winds blow in!  Everything you  
need for a perfect vacation or a monthly stay...it's all here  
including a washer and dryer.  Even a wood burning fireplace for a  
very special Thanksgiving or Christmas celebration at the beach. 
 
     Sea Song is conveniently located close to all Tampa has to  
offer yet far enough away to enjoy the small town atmosphere of  
Indian Shores, home to one of the world's best white sand beaches.   
Indian Shores is a quaint little beach town with wonderful  
restaurants, friendly locals, a mix of cute cottages and multi  
million dollar condos tucked in the middle of it all.  Just north is  
Clearwater Beach and just south is St. Pete Beach all accessible  
using the beach trolly.  Sea Song is only 30 minutes to the Tampa  
airport, 40 minutes to Bush Gardens and only two miles to Seminole  
which has everything...Publix, movies, medical facilities, a mall,  
etc. 
 
     Being an artist/decorator, I have really enjoyed  
adding my special touches.  Sea Song is the perfect retreat for  
families, "girl trips" and couples.   
There are even a few art supplies there in the unit.  Give it a  
try.  The view is incredibly inspiring!  Sea Song!

Golf, tennis, mini golf, fishing - just across the street from the  
inter coastal fishing pier, great restuarants, shopping, museums,  
Bush Gardens amusemnet park, Suncoast bird sanctuary, and of course  
all the water sports:  snorkeling, diving, parasailing etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

Holiday $1200/wk (Spring Break) 
Prime $1000/wk  (Winter) 
Low $900/wk   (Summer) 
Value $700/wk  (Fall)  
February special:  $3800 total for four weeks.  Includes all fees!  
 
$75 cleaning fee and 12% Florida tax will be added to above rates 
Saturday to Saturday rental.  Check in 3pm.  Check out 10 am. 
Because we are family owned, we can offer some flexibility with your  
schedule.
