Vacation Rental Description

Cranberry Bog (where cranberries grow). Views from every room. 
Private and secluded with large landscaped yard. Gourmet kitchen, 
solid oak floors, luxurious master bath with six foot double ended 
soaking tub (with claw feet!), Fire places in master bedroom and 
livingroom, air conditioned, barbecue on deck, outdoor shower with 
hot and cold water, TV's in each bedroom, stereo, large TV in 
livingroom, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, weekly maid 
service, perfect for families with children and three miles to Sandy 
Neck Beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large Yard where the kids can be watched from the mahogony deck or 
inside the livingroom. Outdoor barbecue right outside the kitchen. 
Master bedroom overlooks the growing cranberries and large yard, as 
does the master bath. Fully air conditioned home, gourmet kitchen is 
fully equipped. Granite counter tops, cherry cabinets with "no-slam" 
closing drawers, pull out shelves and high end appliances. This home 
is very comfortable and has a large open floor plan. Two levels with 
the bedrooms upstairs.

Activities and Attractions

Beach, antiques, shopping, (this home is located a quarter mile 
to "Old Cape Cod" route 6A). Old Cape Cod Architecture and small 
shops are a very short distance away. Walk to the old country store, 
beach and some shops. Bicycle, whale watch, bird watch, close by 
fishing (salt and fresh), libraries, restaurants, and a nine mile 
drive to the Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis.

Minimum one week rental at $2,500.00 per week plus phone and high speed internet charges.
Weekly house cleaning and most utilities included in rental rate. 
Year lease is available to qualified tenants at reduced rate.
Utilities include: electricity, natural gas, tv cable, WIFI internet connection, phone. 
Landscaping services provided.
Abuse of utilities will be deducted from security/cleaning deposit.
