Enjoy this luxury beachfront condo summer or winter. Centrally located just off downtown, this condo has lake, mountain and pool views and is adjacent to a lovely sandy beach, a bird sanctuary and the lakeside promenade. The unit is tastefully decorated and comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including large flat-screen TVs in bedrooms and living room, a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, ample linens and supplies and a natural gas barbecue on the deck. The master king bed is brand new this year and is the same bed the Westin Hotel boasts. The second bedroom also features brand-new quality beds (convertible to one king or two singles). The livingroom features a double-size sofa/hideabed. This unit works well for families or couples and its fifth-floor location offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

Located in the heart of downtown Kelowna, this vacation property is close to everything. Boating equipment rentals, hiking/mountain biking trails (Knox Mountain), numerous golf courses and a wide array of spa, shopping and dining experiences are all within a short (2-15 minutes) walk or drive. In the midst of Kelowna's cultural district, this property puts you front and centre of a vibrant arts scene, with galleries, artist studios, performing arts venues and more all within strolling distance. If you want to venture a little further, Kelowna is home to numerous wineries for your touring and tasting pleasure.

All rates based on a maximum four person occupancy. Minimum stay is three nights. For July and August, only weekly (Sat to Sat) bookings are considered until June 1st.  Stays of shorter duration for July and August will be considered after June 1st.

June 30 to Sept. 5:  $325/night, $2100/week Saturday to Saturday

April 1 to June 30 and Sept. 6 to Oct. 31:  $225/night, $1225/week

November 1 to March 31:  $200/night, $1050/week

Booking Policy:  50% deposit due at booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival, along with a $300 security deposit. No refunds unless unit can be re-rented.

Principal renters must be 25 years  old or older.  A photocopy of a drivers licence from the renter is required with deposit.  Maximum 6 adult occupants
NOTE:  this is a non-smoking unit (interior and balcony)
