Condo is located on the beach block at 62nd street. Perfect location, right in the middle of town. Walk to the beach without crossing a highway. Condo is clean and comfortable. All one room with a queen size pillow top mattress and a full futon. 32 inch LCD flatscreen tv with dvd player. Galley kitchen with new stove and fridge. Air conditioning. Balcony looks over the pool. Can't beat this place for the price!
